DURING THIS TIME of CORONA VIRUS giving of yourself is the greatest way to love God and to love your neighbor (our vision as a church). The Board of Deacons organizes ministry teams to provide care for the entire church family and often to the community beyond. These teams welcome participation from members and nonmembers alike. Training and support are enthusiastically provided!  For information please contact Rev. Jan Cook.

  • FAther's Day Meals at Union Station

    Donate Now

Looking for the perfect gift for that special man in your life? Ordinary things – things that we often take for granted like a hot meal can make a world of difference for those who have found themselves on the streets without a place to call home. San Marino Community Church partners with Union Station Homeless Services to provide hot meals to its residents on the second Sunday of every month. Now you can give a gift from the heart and be a part of the homeless solution! For as little as $5/meal, give the gift of hope in honor of your mother or someone equally as special! It’s the perfect alternative to “store-bought” gifts. It’s easy and personal, but more than that, this gift buys a dinner for someone who needs one.

    • Use this online form and  select “Union Station,” and make a donation of any amount.
    • Contributions by check and Venmo (@smccpby #6741) are also welcome! (Please indicate “Union Station” on your gift.)
    • Use this note card to let your loved one know you've donated a meal in their honor.  (Still need a mother's day note card? click here)

    On any given night...

66,436 people are homeless in Los Angeles County

About 4,500 people are homeless in San Gabriel Valley

Nearly 530 people are homeless in the City of Pasadena

Now more than ever, prayer is a gift – and just as with any spiritual gift, it can be used to build up the church as well as encourage, comfort, and bear witness to the healing light of God through prayer. To join or learn more about Prayer Team please contact Terry Shelton.or Bong Bringas
