Mission & outreach

Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.  (Matthew 28:19)

San Marino Community Church's mission partners extend the congregation's reach and impact locally and world-wide. Respond with generosity in service to others. See below the many opportunities to serve throughout the year. Contact Mission & Outreach or check the Family Ministries for upcoming events.

  • SERVE AT UNION STATION, Pasadena

It is time to think about 2020. SMCC serves meals at Union Station once a month for the entire year.  Three dates are now open: March 8 (youth only), July 12, August 9, and November 8. This is a great way to serve with your hands and have fun doing for others.  The meal can be prepared at Union Station, your home or it can be purchased and then served at the center. The event usually serves 50 people, takes 2 hours for serving and clean up. Also there are funds available to help defer the cost. Please email Sidney Barney

  • Ton of Food Campaign

    Sunday, May 3, 2020

The day was drawing to a close, and the twelve came to him and said, “Send the crowd away, so that they may go into the surrounding villages and countryside, to lodge and get provisions; for we are here in a deserted place.” But Jesus said to them, “You give them something to eat.” – Luke 9:12 (NRSV)
