SMCC has a long history of sending members and staff to represent the church in mission around the world. A 2015 group traveled to mission partners in Malawi, Africa. Why are trips important?

    • To strengthen relationships with mission partners
    • To learn in a way only immersion teaches
    • To deepen participants’ faith with a transformative experience
    • To witness God’s work in a different culture and a different language.

Please attend an interest meeting to discuss details: Sunday, January 7, 10:30 am, Fellowship Hall.

  • Become a Pray-er Friend - Sign up now!

The Prayer Project is a new prayer ministry that cares for the spiritual needs of the entire congregation. The objective is for every person in the congregation to be lifted up in prayer, every day, by one of the pray-er friends they have been assigned to during Lent. Who are these PRAY-ER FRIENDS? YOU!

The Prayer Project launches on February 11, the Sunday before Ash Wednesday. In the coming weeks members and friends of the church will have an opportunity to join the Prayer Friends Team. Contact Deacon Lorrie Forgatch
