  • Adult Education - The Reformation

    Sundays, 4:00-6:00 pm, Fellowship Hall

Throughout the year, gather with us as we take time to experience God’s word together. Engage scripture by simply listening, reading along or both. We also go in depth on topics that help form our faith: This fall we study the Reformation. Five hundred years ago an obscure German monk nailed 95 theses to a church door and unwittingly set off a revolution that reformed Medieval Christianity and reshaped the world forever. Out of that rebellion began to emerge our understanding of the world, ourselves and the nature of God, the teachings and person of Jesus Christ, the work of the Holy Spirit and all we consider holy into a “reformed theology” which we continue to practice today. SIGN UP FOR THE CLASSES and TO RECEIVE MORE INFO by contacting Peggy Flynn at:, or stop by the Ministry Fair this Sunday, September 10.

Childcare available.  Please contact Becca Bateman

  • Mission Market

Sunday, November 12, 9:00 am - Noon, Courtyard

Looking for the perfect holiday gift? Something unique and memorable? A gift that brightens the lives of others? The Christmas Mission Market provides the occasion to do just that: to reach out and meet critical needs of those less fortunate, both locally and around the world, by giving contributions in honor of others as well as purchasing unique, handcrafted gifts. During Sunday school, the children will tour the market and learn about the various mission partners - providing teaching opportunities as well as the chance to purchase their own gifts for others. Visit the petting zoo after worship to learn about income-producing animals. Enjoy doughnuts, coffee, popcorn, and lemonade during the shopping.

Order Forms and Booklets with more background on each of the mission partners participating will be available soon. For those not able to attend the market, order forms and gift cards will be available in the church office through November. Share the gifts of Hope, Joy, and Love this Christmas.

  • Service of Remembrance

    Sunday, November 19, 4:00 - 5:00 pm, Christ Chapel

As the holiday season draws near we are each reminded of the blessings and love of our families. If you are missing a loved one, celebrate their memory at the Service of Remembrance. We are planning beautiful music, prayers of comfort, words of assurance and a special time to read aloud the names of those who have died. You will also have an opportunity to demonstrate your remembrance in the lighting of a candle for your loved one. Please take a moment to fill out a card (in the office). This will insure that we are able to properly pay our respects to those who have gone before us.
