WOMEN'S RETREAT
Saturday, May 12, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, Little White Church, Pasadena
Are you looking for a way to connect with other women? Do you feel the pressure to have the perfect home, family or marriage? Or do you feel overwhelmed by the sorrows or brokenness of this world? Join the women of San Marino Community Church on Saturday, May 12th, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., as we take a break from the hectic demands of life to relax with old and new friends. Explore together what it means to accept God’s invitation to “Come As You Are.”
The annual Women’s Retreat will feature stories of healing and redemption, tools for “letting go,” time for silent reflection and connection with others, with music from SMCC’s Contemporary Worship Leader, Jenny Jones. We’re offering lunch, fun and a chance to explore how your spiritual life can be expressed through creativity. The cost of $30 per person covers food and materials. Please register by May 7.
We invite women of every age and stage of life to join us at the Little White Church in Pasadena for this special day. Bring friends, your mother, daughter or a neighbor -- just come as you are!

Tuesday Bible Study: Luke, Through May
10:00 am, Church Lounge, or 6:00 pm, Fellowship Hall
You're invited to explore scripture with us as we begin a new study on the Gospel of Luke. A gentile, Luke wrote about 30% of the New Testament with Luke and Acts. All the other New Testament authors were Jewish. One of the questions we want to answer in our study is: How does Luke's Gospel affect our living today? Attend either weekly class on Tuesdays.
