Registration for the 2024 All Church Retreat is now open! It is our hope that all who attend will enjoy a relaxing and rejuvenating weekend in fellowship with your Community Church family in beautiful Carlsbad, CA.

What is the registration fee and what does it cover? Registration fee includes retreat materials, coffee and snacks, game and activity supplies, and full food and beverages for Saturday Lunch, Saturday Dinner, and Sunday Continental Breakfast.

The rates are as follows:

Adults: $50 each

Children: $25 each

Maximum family rate: $150 per family

What if I can only come for one day? We would love to have you! NOTE: If you can only come for a portion of the weekend, we still ask that you register for the entire retreat at the website listed above .

Step 1: Confirm your Lodging

We ask that all attendees confirm their lodging before filling out the online Registration Form. Our Retreat Committee has already reserved space at the Carlsbad State Beach Campgrounds as well as a block of rooms at the Carlsbad-by-the-Sea Hotel. You are also more than welcome to book lodging of your own nearby if that is preferable.

For those wanting to camp: each campsite can accommodate up to 8 people in two vehicles, with room for 4 tents total. The cost to reserve space in the camping group is $12.50 per person. To reserve a spot at the campground, please click here.

For those wanting to stay in the hotel: we have secured a reduced reservation rate of $198 per night. To reserve a room in this block, follow these instructions:

For those who would like to arrange their own lodging: please be sure to do this before you register for the retreat! There are plenty of other hotels, AirBNBs, etc. around!
